    1. Removed rear drive wheels lock nut with 9/16 box end wrench
    2. Removed rear wheels.
3 Lubed axle installed right rear wheel replaced locking nut tightened up with 9/16 box end wrench.
    4. Left rear wheel would not go onto the axle. after further investigation the center sleeve from the old wheel had kinda froze to the axle. Applied penetrating oil on both ends of the sleeve used pliers to loosen up the sleeve but had to use a screwdriver and tap on it very gently so it would loosen it but not damage the axle. Used pliers to finish getting the sleeve off.
    5. Used some emery cloth to take off the rust on the axle that caused the sleeve to freeze to the axle.
    6. Lubed the axle installed the left wheel and tightened down the locking nut with the 9/16 box end wrench.
    7. Put all tools used away cleaned up any mess from lube. Done Started mower and tried drive unit out it works great.

    Back wheels were broken

    John - July 9, 2020
    Tool Type

    Lawn Mower

    Difficulty

    Medium

    Time

    30-60 minutes

    Tools Used

    Socket set, Cutter/Grinder

    1. Remove cover to wheels
    2. Remove nut
    3. Cut both new wheels inner plastic and metal tubing so that the nut can be flush on the axle.

Side note- the wheels that were sent are for a front wheel drive lawnmower so there is a need to cut each wheel to fit properly to axle otherwise the right wheel locks and the left wheel nut comes off.
