    There is a video on this site to replace or repair blocked tubes in a Breville espresso machine, that explained how to get into the machine's internals. Once I was in there it was a matter of unscrewing the pump mounting screws and disconnecting the hoses, wires and fittings. One issue I had that probably contributed to the demise of my pump, was that the o-ring for the tube coming out of the top of the pump was leaking water and dripping down on the pump. I also replaced that o-ring.

    Opened cover & back cover
    Cut old zip ties
    Removed hoses
    Unscrewed pump from chassis
    Unplugged wires
    Cut I wire
    Replaced pump, reconnected hoses and wires
    Started & tested with covers off to check for leaks
    Replaced covers
    Had great coffee!
