The sleeve that retains the bit broke in half so the 3mm ball fell out and would not retain the driver bit

Screwdriver, dental pick for removing the retaining ring on the nose

Remove sleeve retainer ring/clip
Insert the 3mm ball ,spring and sleeve
While compressing sleeve down against the spring ,install the retainer clip/ring...and you are done with fun in the sun!! Later Gator!
