Instructions come with the replacement belt, didn't know that until I unrolled the new belt (they are tucked away in there). There are videos out there that cover the basic job. It's pretty straight forward. I hit a snag because my treadmill model has a fold-down workout bench on it and it took a while to get it apart and removed. Once I got to the end of removing the bench I realized I did way more than necessary. There are two allen head bolts that hold the bench on. I didn't see them until I got everything else apart. Oh well. The biggest surprise was finding the side covers stapled on. You have to remove them to get at the screws to lift the main deck and remove the old belt. Thankfully the replacement belt supplies screws to use to fasten the side covers back down.
