Weber Q200 Grill was only lighting on half of the burner tube.
The replacement was 2 screws that held the valve and regulator assembly to the grill, a single nut an washer that held the burner tube in place and a brass nut that held the regulator and valve assembly on the plastic housing. Easiest repair ever and this 10 year old grill is like brand new!!

The grill wouldn't heat properly and sometimes would not light.
1. Removed the original valve and the regulator assembly.
2. Installed the new assembly.
3. Found that I had to reset the new assembly (remove hose from tank and turn valve up to high setting for several minutes.
4. Reinstalled the hose to the propane tank and lit the burner.

Very easy — too less than 5 minutes
Thanks for your tutorial on YouTube, you all are the best! The job was much, much easier than I expected. Took me less than 5 minutes. The regulator along with the new burner I had purchased about a month ago from you works fantastic. I cooked some sweet potatoes for my wife while testing the new parts, she said they even tasted better :). My 8 year old Weber 200 Q grill works like brand new for less than $100 in parts. A new Q grill would run from $275-$450.
