I bought it even though I wasn't sure if it had all the internals, mainly the driveshaft. Turns out it had everything I needed to get my trimmer running again. Take a picture of the throttle handle assembly before you take it completely apart. So you have something to look at of you forget where a piece goes.

Parts Used
Removed the shaft assembly from the motor by loosening the clamp and removing the small screw. Removed all the screws in the trigger assembly trying not to completely disassemble it, try to keep everything together. Slid it onto the shaft and lined up the holes with the plastic studs inside the grip. Reinstalled all screws. Done

Toro trimmer shaft broke in half

Unscrewed the shaft screws and removed it.
Removed the grip and trigger assembly.
Removed old shaft and replaced with new one.
Reattached trigger assembly and grip than put shaft back into the motor and locked down screws.
Done
