The faucet handle leaked at the base and the faucet had a none stop drip. I had to shut the water off to the faucet until I got the replacement parts

    Time

    Tools Used

    Pliers, Adjustable Wrench, Allen wrench

First of all turn off the water valves to the faucet. Remove faucet handle with an Allen wrench. Then loosen the retaining nut with an adjustable wrench. Remove the stem unit assembly with a pair of pliers by pulling it straight out. Take note of the orientation of the old part and insert the new stem unit in the same manner. Make sure it is seated properly and reinstall the retaining nut snugly. Do not over tighten. Put the handle back on and tighten with the Allen wrench. Turn the water back on, check for leaks and the problem should be solved.

One other thing, eReplacementParts is at the top of my list for obtaining hard to find parts. Thank you!
