The repair is not complete because the customer service rep, who I called for help, advised me about the part I needed. She obviously doesn't know what part was needed and sent me the wrong part. I now have 3 tubes and not the part that goes into the section so that the tube can be installed for vacuuming.
I would cost me more to return 2 tubes so forget my ordering parts from you again. Not a satisfied camper.
