Perfect replacement wheels
Replacement was easy. Just need to lift the treadmill (one side at at time) to be able to use an allen wrench to remove the screw and the wheel drops out. Replace with a new wheel and tighten the screw; repeat for the other wheels that need to be replaced.

Overtime the wheels came apart

Lift treadmill (one side at a time).
Use allen wrench to remove the screw and the wheel will drop out.
Replace with new wheel and tighten the screw.
Repeat for the other side.
Lower treadmill down and repeat for the other side (if replacing all 4 wheels).
Use allen wrench to remove the screw and the wheel will drop out.

1. Raised up back end of the treadmill with deck up and placed in on a support stand.
2. Unscrewed old wheel with an allen wrench.
3. Replaced old wheel with new one and re-tightened.
4. Lowered treadmill.
5. Raised up front of treadmill and placed on support stand.
6. Removed old leveler by simply unscrewing it.
7. Replaced old leveler with new one, re-threaded it back in place, and lowered treadmill.
8. Replaced old grab handle screw with new one with same allen wrench that I used for the transport wheel.

1. Removed the plastic shields on each side using a phillips screwdriver.
2. Propped up the back end of the treadmill and used the allen wrench to remove the bolt holding each wheel on. Installed the new wheels and secured them with the allen screws.
3. Repeated on the front end.
4. Put the plastic side guards back on with the screws and phillips screwdriver.
