Remove both rear wheels
Pull snap rings off axles and remove gears
Remove spring and drive cable from belt guard
remove side bolts from wheel adjustment plate
there are 2 big nuts that the axle go through and they must be remove, they are tough.
flex 1 plate out and pull axle out, then the other side will come out.
to put it back do reverse of what you just did.
