I followed a step by step online video specific to my Dewalt model and it walked me through from the removal of the chuck with an allen wrench to removal and replacement of the damaged transmission assembly. It was simple and straight forward. You just need a size 10 and 15 Torx screwdrivers and a few allen wrenches and your done. Good as new!
