2. lower the lawnmower deck with pliers
3. Remove belt brackets with a wrench set from pullies.
4. Remove the worn drive belt and v-belt and replace it with new belts.
5. Tighten brackets and raise lawnmower deck to replace the pins and lower lawnmower.
