Heated the tire in hot water. Clamped one side. Stretched the tire using nylon bike tire wrenches.

Lower tire on bandsaw broke

1. Place the tire completely over the lower wheel
2. Place the other end of the tire on the large wheel as much as it would go.
3. Using two (2) screw drivers, place each on both sides of the wheel, holding the tire in place
4. With one screw driver holding the tire on the wheel, begin to pry the other end of the tire onto the wheel. Alternate working the screw drivers on each end,working the tire onto wheel
