When ordered it said to expect 1-2 weeks for processing and another 2 weeks for shipping. I was pleasantly surprised when the belt showed up within a week. The belt fit perfectly the sander runs like new again. Andreas, British Columbia

I removed timing cover by removing the one star head screw. Removed broken belt, placed new timing belt over drive spindle and started it over belt spindle by hand, then rotated belt spindle by hand until timing belt was seated completely. Finished by replacing timing belt cover and screw. The whole process took about 10 minutes. Sander now works like new again.

I took the cover off the belt sander timing belt and after I had removed the belt I also removed one of the drive gears so I could install the new belt. Very easy repair job. Now I had a spare belt to repair it but I ordered a couple more so if it were to break again I could repair it immediately instead of having to wait for a new one to be shipped to me.
