  • New life for an old appliance
I was pleased that the part I needed was still available on your website. We have 3 DeLonghi portable oil filled radiant heaters that we use to augment the heat from our pellet stove. Each of these units have eventually had a timer failure...little plastic parts inside the timer break, and the whole machine is useless without a timer. So being able to source replacement parts is like a new lease on life for these heaters. Plus, its easy to swap out the timers, just 3 wires and you're back in action. Thank you, Dave S. Bend, Oregon

    Timer
Arrived quickly but I think my husband put it in wrong as it doesn’t keep time. I’m going to ask him to take out unit and put it back in. He put the other timer we purchased 7 yrs ago so I know he knows how to put it in. If not, we will return for another one. Thank you.

    Perfect fit, easy replacement
Had a noisy timer on my DeLonghi radiator, and this replacement was an exact fit. Comments related to the item provided all the clues I needed to do the job myself.

    Worked as expected
And thanks to previous buyers and this website for providing helpful how-to instructions. Timer is very quiet compared to the end days of the old one.

Took out the old timer. And made sure to install the new one in the same way. I made sure to make marks while pulling the old timer out to make sure I got the wiring correct the first time.

    1. Removed shroud on side of heater. There is a hidden screw on the top that attaches the shroud from under one of the heater fins. I missed thus and ended up slightly cracking the shroud.
    2. Removed wires from old timer and unscrewed old timer from shroud.
    3. Attached new timer and wires.
    4. Screwed shroud back on.
    5. Plugged in heater and everything worked perfectly.

Removal and replacement of the panel in which the timer was located required patience as the top snap fitting was stubborn. Screws came out easily. Timer was easy to remove and replace (2 screws) as well as by carefully attaching wire connectors on corresponding terminals. Unit works as new.
