The throttle cable is connected to the carburetor and it stops the engine when you shift the lever to the full choke position. It provides an identical replacement for a missing or a faulty kit that was installed on a new unit. Please make sure to refer to the appropriate diagrams of your model for the correct installation of this part. Keep in mind this high-quality throttle kit is sold individually. , T-25 bit

Had to take the back cover off. Lots of screws that needed the T-25 bit. You will need an extension to take several of the screws off as it is a bit of a stretch with a short driver. Getting at the spot where the wire connects to the carb is a little bit of a pain. Make sure you replace the little plate with the 2 cut outs back to cover the nut holding the throttle cable. If not the nut will come out and you will have to start all over taking the screws off to get the back cover off. Would have saved myself 15 minutes if I had done it right the first time.
