Product Description ?

This service switch is specially designed for Milwaukee sawzall reciprocating saws. It is an authentic item supplied from original manufacturer. It is the main switch that allows user to turn the saw on and off. This assembly includes a plastic trigger and a mechanical switch with two lead wires attached.

Replacing this service switch is a relatively easy talk that would only require a torx screwdriver. Make sure to check wiring diagram when connecting the switch.

• Remove housing screws
• Open up the casing
• Disconnect wires from the old switch
• Remove old switch and secure new one
• Reconnect wires
• Reassemble and test the unit

Unscrewed the side of the case pulled the trigger got soldering iron to heat up the Solder that was holding the wires put the new one in solder it up put the screws back on the case. Done

Removed switch and brushes.
Found the replacement parts at ereplacementparts .com.
Ordered them and within a week they arrived.
Installed them in the saw and they worked perfectly.
As the machine was apart I also replaced the brushes.

Dismantled tool handle, remove the leads from the old switch, then connect the leads to the new switch. Then assemble handle. Done

Switch not working , Handle halves broken

Remove screws from the handle halves, make up a wiring diagram. Unsolder old switch then solder in the new switch. Attach new handle halves and you done.
