    Switch was broken

    Charles - September 29, 2021
    Tool Type

    Sander

    Difficulty

    Easy

    Time

    30-60 minutes

    Tools Used

    Screwdriver, Pliers, Multimeter

Opened up the sander and removed the old switch - super easy to do.
Tested the old switch with a multimeter - bad.
While waiting on the new switch, completely took apart the sander and cleaned it out.
Installed the new switch and reassembled the sander.
The purchase of the carrier was a mistake, I meant to order a pad tip, but I was careless and didn’t notice my mistake until it was too late.
