Remove housing screws, then remove on half of housing, being careful of any internal parts falling out. It is best to take a picture of where the internal parts are located. This is an updated switch so make sure you know how all of the parts of the switch are placed in the housing and where the wires are connected. Once you have the new switch in, check to see if any of the wires will be pinched when the housing is put back together. Then assemble the housing.
