Switch was shorted. I bought a Powermatic 64A with a burned up motor and shorted switch.

Parts Used
The switch has 2 screws per side. The hot and neutral power (black and white) screw to one side of the switch and the hot and neutral to the motor go to the other side of the switch. I stripped the wires and crimped on some solder less connectors and wired it up. It's that easy.
