Product Description ?

This is an original KitchenAid part. The Governor Drive Stud is used in all 4.5 quart and many 5 quart KitchenAid stand mixers. The Stud fits into a hole in the shaft of the Armature and drives the Governor (part number W10330804). This part is very small and can be easily lost. This part is made of a magnetic metal. To install this part, use a pair of needle nose pliers or a magnetized flat head screwdriver. The stud sits loosely in the hole on the shaft of the Armature.
