Crock pot insert
The package when it arrived had a bunch of dings and cuts in the box and a ton of room for the item to slide back and forth. I was scared I would have to return the item due to it being broken. There wasn't a sticker on the outside of the shipping box to say handle with care.
I opened the box and saw the insert wrapped in bubble wrap I was so surprised that it didn't break. I am very happy with my replacement and it was easy to order. The person packaging the product though needs to do a better job. By the way the sticker was on the insert located in the box and not outside. Thank you, will order again.
