Wrong Size
The product I received was in great condition and would have worked perfectly, but unfortunately it’s too tall for my crockpot. My model is CPSCVC70LL-BP. The stoneware I received fits in the width of the crockpot, it’s just taller than the correct model should be, so the lid doesn’t fit comfortably, etc.
I should have made sure it would work for my model before I ordered. Otherwise, the product I received was in tip top shape and condition and I was pleased with how fast shipping was! :)

I wanted to keep my digital Crock Pot and not throw something perfectly good away after I broke my stoneware insert. Lucky for me I was able to order the insert through your company. I debated long and hard if I should order though because I thought the shipping cost was extremely high, but decided it was cheaper than buying a new crock pot. Hopefully this lasts a long time.
