I ordered this from sears and ended up cancelling order. It said in stock which was not true after no part was delivered on the date they said. Went o you and had more information than ever. I have ordered parts from you after other could not pull thru due to manufacturing problems, how do you do it?. I do not know how you do it but please keep it up. Right part number, wrong part
The part picture here is the part I wanted. The that part arrived was start w/ recall, just not the one I ordered. The label on the sealed poly bag was correct. I email support to see if the correct part could be verified before shipping if I ordered it again. There no reply.
The RMA process worked fine. I received my refund yesterday. I left a note on the RMA paper work about wrong part with correct part number.

Pressure washer starter rope broke.

I had loaned my pressure washer to a family friend. The rope broke on the first pull. Upon disassembly he saw the recoil spring had also broken. He texted me what had happened and a picture of the model tag, I ordered parts. When parts arrived I drove to his house to find a disassembled pressure washer and no instructions. About 30 minutes later it started gor me on the second pull. The hardest thing was determining where the spacers went.
