I had to buy replacement because the ones that came with my mixer were broken from the start and I just figured it would be easier to replace then argue with store clerk. I ended up getting several sets because I bake several dishes at a time and sick of stopping to wash when I can just pop on another set. Customer service super helpful and friendly... I would alter shipping policy to not wait for out of stock items to ship other items. ship what you have and when other items come in then ship those.
