Sproket guard assembly
My break band was broken. I explained this and requested the whole assembly to be replaced. The tech told me it was all there, i just had to move the orange handle. This part was only a shell wnd useless to me. I spent an hour moving parts from old to new piece only to find it still won't work without the brake band. I had to go to nearby town to buy the whole assembly for $55. Waiting for the part, then having it not work was a waste of my time.

Hello Brad, thank you for your question. The cover does not come with lock nuts or sleeves. Looking at the schematic, it comes with item #'s 12-16. The nut flange is part V265000200. The Roller is part 90033040088. The Washer is part 43311538330. There are photos of all of these part for you to verify. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. 1. Remove sprocket guard assembly from the chainsaw.
From this assembly, remove the following:
2. Remove the metal chain/bar guide
3. Remove chain tensioning system
4. Remove chain brake guard
5. Remove chain brake system cover
6. Remove chain brake system, don't forget the metal bushing
Place components into the new sprocket guard, replacing parts as needed. I replaced the chain brake spring, chain brake collar, and the entire chain tensioning system in addition to the new sprocket guard.
From this assembly, remove the following:
2. Remove the metal chain/bar guide

4. Remove chain brake guard
5. Remove chain brake system cover
6. Remove chain brake system, don't forget the metal bushing
Place components into the new sprocket guard, replacing parts as needed. I replaced the chain brake spring, chain brake collar, and the entire chain tensioning system in addition to the new sprocket guard.
