Tools Used

Screwdriver, Wrench Set, ViseGrip

1. Unbolted bar fixing nut and plate, 13mm wrench.
2. Remove bar and chain. Completely loosen chain adjusting nut, Philips No.2
3. Grasp sprocket with ViseGrip, just enough to prevent rotation. Remove nut.
4. Remove worn sprocket. Replace with new one. Replace nut using ViseGrip.
5. Tighten nut to 12 lb ft
6. Replace bar, with new chain. Adjust with nut.
