    Wrench Set, 14mm wrench

    1. Removed the injector fitting on the front of the pressure washer.
    2. Disconnected the detergent feed line from the fitting.
    3. Removed the worn ball check valve, the spring and the seat from the valve body.
    4. Replaced the ball, the spring and the seat.
    5. Installed the new brass fitting.
    6. Reattached the feed line.

    Detergent not dispensing, water flowing into detergent reservoir.

    Screwdriver, Socket set, Wrench Set

    1. Removed reservoir tank.
    2. Remove tubing from pump and reservoir cap.
    3. Removed brass fitting from pump.
    4. Installed new parts into pump, (plastic sleeve, spring, metal ball).
    5. Installed new brass fitting and connected tubing.
    6. Installed reservoir, put on new cap and connected tubing.

    Detergent injector was leaking

    Used wrench to unscrew old unit. Placed new spring and ball in the port. Screwed in the new Injector using a wrench.
