1. Remove Chem cap and pull off both tubes
2. Put tubes on new Chem cap and replace.
No tools necessary, but may need pliers to assist dealing with the tubes.

Screwed a new cap on the tank! The best thing was how fast I got the part from ReplacementParts.com --- First of all, I was plesantly surprised they even had the part (the pressure washer is about 5 years old) and secondly, that I ordered it around 2:30PM, had a confirmation in 10 minutes and a notification that it had shipped by 5:30. Then I received it in two days even tho I'd ordered regular USPS delivery!! Good Job, I'm keeping your company in mind for other needs.

Tried new cap, but it would not twist close.
Replaced "O" ring with one from original cap, new one was to thick.
Put on new Cap, was able to get it to close.
Reattached tubing.
