Help when I didn't follow the instructions the first time.
These spaceers were replacements for the ones thtat I forgot to save from the original snowblower paddles. I'm glad that they were available for a quite old Toro model. A bit expensive for what they are, but good to have.

Socket set, Wrench Set, Torx bit socket set
Removed side cover, removed belt, removed the bolt holding pulley on shaft then removed nuts and bolts for bearing, then removed three bolts on the opposite side. The inner assembly pulls out, unscrew bolts on rubber paddles and install new parts and reassemble in the reverse order.
