    As good as it gets!
My son has a pressure washer that the soap injector valve broke off. The ball and spring flew away and could not be found. Turns out the thing could not be repaired and needed a replacement. He looked online, but couldn't find the right part. He called a repair shop and was told that the whole manifold would need to be replaced to the tune of $400 plus! I looked online and found eReplacementParts.com. They had just the part we needed and the price was very reasonable! The best part was that they got it to us in just a couple days! We recommend them very highly! Thanks guys!

Questions & Answers for Soap Injector Kit

If the soap injector comes off what occurs? I am guessing it did , I am missing what I believe is the soap injector and now when I run the washer water sprays out where I think the injector fitting goes.

Hello Kurt, thank you for writing. The part 5140094-95 Thermal release valve ? While the thermal release valve is expected to discharge water periodically, if it is continually emitting water, then the valve is likely defective and will need to be replaced. This is a very easy repair. Simply using a 1/2 inch wrench, unscrew and remove old soap injector inlet from the soap injector body. Ensure that the separate small spring and steel ball inside the injector body are removed as well. Place new steel ball inside the new injector inlet followed with the new spring. With index finger and thumb holding the spring and ball in place, begin screwing the assembly into the soap injector body until finger tight. Then tighten with wrench. Do not over tighten.

The old soap injector connector was broken off and the threads were still inside the valve. I used a stripped screw remover to back out the old injector threads. Then just inserted the new one. Be aware the to put the ball in the injector then the spring and then put it all on the pressure valve. In that order. So that the ball is between the injector connector and the spring.
