Please make sure to check appropriate diagram for correct location and application of this item. Always make sure the tool is properly lubricated at all times. One of the most frequent causes for air nailer failure is component wear due to lack of lubrication. Includes one (1) seal per order.

Took the back of the gun off, gently pried out the exhaust assembly with a screwdriver (careful not to gouge the o-ring behind the sleeve), replaced sleeve and bumper as I found them, cleaned and oiled internally, then popped it all back in.

Tool is an RN46 bostitch roofing nailer. The nailer leaked air and would not fire.

I removed the 4 screws at the head, removed the top sleeve seal and two o rings and replaced with new. the gun works as new now. It is amazing how little wear on the seals can cause pneumatic air nailer to not function.
