    1. Unplug tool.
    2. Insert correct Allen wrench.
    3. Remove Allen bolt and shoe retaining drum.
    4. Remove shoe.
    5. Replace shoe with new part.
    6. Insert retaining drum.
    7. Insert Allen bolt.
    8. Square shoe to blade.
    9. Tighten Allen bolt.
    10. Get back to work.

    Shoe had a burr on it that would scar the wood surface when I used it.

    Using a regular screwdriver, I removed the old shoe and simply replaced it with the new one. Easy. Simple. Quick.
