Using and Allen wrench I took the tool apart. After I removed the top of the nailer exposing the piston assembly I could see that the main seal had broken into pieces. The seal that was broken was not an O-ring so the O-ring set that I ordered did not contain that seal and I had to order that seal at that time. After I received that seal I installed it along with all the other O-rings and it worked perfectly!

1. Disassembled the gun
2. Inspected for damaged parts
3. Went to ereplacement.com
4. Looked up the model number of the gun
5. Looked at the schematic to find the defective parts
6. Ordered the parts
7. Assembled the gun with the new parts.
