2. One came off fairly easy. Carriage bolts were extremely rusty. Used WD-40 on them and let sit for one day prior to removing scraper.
3. 2nd carriage bolt loosened somewhat but stripped out the square hole but was enough to grip the head with a vise grips to remove this nut and carriage bolt.
4. 3rd bolt also stripped the square hole, but could not get a vise grips on the head to hold it enough, but enough to cut the bolt somewhat underneath between the nut with a hacksaw and chisel to remove bolt and nut.
5. Replace old scraper blade with new, but did not use carriage bolts but used hex head bolts instead due to the square hold where the carriage bolts fit were stripped out.
Snowblower wore out the parts which contacted the cement when in use

2. Removed the scraper

4. installed the new skirt with the existing hardware
5. Installed the new scraper with the new bolts and nuts
6. Installed the new rubber blades with the existing hardware.
Access is only possible if the blower is lifted off the ground or rocked back on about a 45 degree angle. Rocking it back will drain some of the oil and make quite a mess, so I took the opportunity to change oil by draining the oil first, performing the repair as noted above, and then refilling with the recommended oil.
