Very easy replacement repair. Simply unscrew the four phillips head screws that retain the sanding pad. Replace with the new sanding pad being careful to keep the alignment of the pad with the circular mount and spring clips. Tighten the screws to hand tight and load the pad with a new sanding disc. Done - ready to make some saw dust.
