This is an authentic Horizon Fitness replacement part manufactured for use with treadmills. The safety key is required to be in place in order for the treadmill to run. The key has a tether with a clip that should be worn while operating the treadmill. In the event of an accident, the key would be pulled to shut off the treadmill. This safety key is sold as an individual replacement part.
