After initially receiving the wrong rotor assembly due to mistaken labeling I received the correct part on the second try. Then:
1. Removed the end plate by removing 4 screws
2. Removed the bottom scraper by removing 3 screws
3. Removed center bearing bolt that held one end of the rotor
4. Wedged the broken rotor out of the snowblower housing
5. Lined up the new rotor on the drive (shaped like a cross) and wedged the rotor into the snowblower housing.
6. Replaced the center bearing bolt holding the rotor in place.
7. Replaced the bottom scraper and end plate by reinstalling the 7 screws
