I broke the rotor driving it in snow over a bolt protruding from the cement patio. Just snapped in half.

Parts Used
Removing the side panel and a bolt was easy, but putting the new rotor back was nearly impossible because it does not slide into the housing. Housing needs to be stretched so that the entire width of the rotor can fit and then be locked in with a bolt.
The housing didn't flex. It needed about 3/4-inch more space. Neighbor helped - he began forcing it in and then with a strong screwdriver and a hammer we managed to turn the housing part enough that the rotor finally snapped over it. Very strange design and misleading Toro instructions.
