Was easy to install once I figured out routing of small cable that attached to it.
Blower was good as new once throttle rod was installed. It was missing when I bought unit second hand.

Gas cap missing and throttle linkage broke

, Star socket and 3/8 drive
Gas cap- just put it on
Throttle linkage- used star drive socket to remove 6 bolts. Pulled blower cover off. Everything is then exposed to do work. Installed linkage rod from trigger to carburetor ( no tools needed for this). Placed cover back on and installed bolts. Cranked right up and runs great.

My ECHO blower won't start

I have upgraded the carburetor from my old echo blower. The old type carburetor stops working and I've been replacing it couple of times but to no avail. Same problem all the time- won't start after sometime. So, I decided to change the carburetor (cheaper than the original Walbro) but it needs some modification. Fortunately, I found this rod and throttle swivel kit in ereplacements parts. Upon receiving the parts, I cut some piece from cover of my blower to mount the new type of carburetor. Up to this writing, my blower runs like a new and I can go the full throttle again!
