Socket set, Wrench Set, Adjustable Wrench

Remove the wheels, remove the hex shaft, slide the friction wheel from the hex shaft, split friction wheel by removing three bolts and the rubber wheel. Install new rubber wheel, tighten evenly, reverse order to reinstall. Not a difficult repair to do in about 30-45 minutes.

Traction drive not working, previous traction belt incorrect and slipping

Pliers, Socket set, Wrench Set, Nutdriver, Welder.

Removed blower, traction drive belt, installed impeller tensioner roller with new ring. Installed new traction drive and impeller belts. Removed lower cover inspected rubber wheel ring, good. Further inspection found broken drive dogs on both wheels, discontinued part, will weld repair both wheels.
