This part comes directly from Presto. The Frame Set is used on many models of griddles. The Frame Set is made of a dense high temperature plastic. This Frame set included both the right and left legs. The legs spread out to allow the griddle to drain while cooking. To replace this part a flathead screwdriver or a wrench will need to be used.

Exactly what I needed
The new part actually had little rubber feet as opposed to hard plastic. Makes the griddle more stable for level and tilt cooking.

Turn the unit upside down remove the two screws on each side, installed the new handles and tighten the screws, returned back to service .
