I noticed from day one when I received the grill it never burned very hot, but after a trip from Idaho to Washington state, with the grill bouncing around the back of the truck, it just quit burning completely, no gas flow to the burner. So I replaced the regulator (once I got the part it took less than 3 minutes) and now it burns nice and hot, great flame. Wish I would have replaced the regulator sooner but I had no idea it was the problem.
