Unplugged unit from power. Discharged all air in tank. Removed the cover of the pressure switch. Sketched a drawing of the wiring pattern. Disconnected unloader tube from switch. Disconnect all wiring. Unscrewed switch from tank. Removed the safety valve, the pressure gauge and quick connect coupler from the old pressure switch. Wind new tape, in correct direction on tank nipple, gauge end, quick connect and also the tank nipple. Attached new switch to tank by turning switch onto tank nipple until it was adequately tight enough but also keeping in mind positioning of ports on switch. Screw on the safety valve on the left side, the gauge on the right and the coupler in the front. Then attached unloader tube. Routed the wiring from the motor and power supply following sketched drawing. Installed the switch cover, plugged in unit and allow to refill tank. Make sure it shuts off automatically, then dispense some air to check for auto refill. Done.
