Parts Used
1. Both sides' equipment pulled off chassis.
2 Unscrew all Phillips screws on wheel cover to remove cover.
3. Replace cord with new, making sure to follow the exact wire path, zip tie to secure.
4. Put the whole thing back together. Having a second person help with the reassembly will make it easier to get the bearings back on the shafts. DO NOT USE FRACTIONAL NON METRIC ALLEN WRENCHES OR YOU WILL SCREW UP THE BOLT HEADS!!!

Remove pedal from wheel case - needed gear puller for this
Remove many screws holding case together and other parts,
Remove old power wire
Thread new power wire and attach with cable ties in same spots as old
Put elliptical back together -
Gear puller was need to pull the pedal mechanism off the wheel case - took longer than expected
Part was perfect and worked great - back in business!
