I removed the old rusted Heat Plate Distribution piece and set the new one on the grill
no tools where required, it was pretty simple - anybody could have done it

Removed grill and heat plate then turned BBQ upside down removing one screw added new burner and put screw back in turning BBQ upright, put heat plate back in place then grill and Gas Valve and cooked my Dinner! AKA STEAK
