Genuine Manufacturer Sourced replacement part designed for use with Porter Cable Nailer. This item is made out of Metal and it is Sold Individually. The Piston/Driver Assembly is the part of the nail gun that drives the nail into the material that is being used. To help extend the life of a pneumatic tool use the specified oil in it daily 4-5 Drops will do every time you use it. The Piston/Driver Assemblies do have a tendency to bend or break if not used correctly or if you are driving nails into extra hard material.

    Remove the broken driver from the cylinder
    Reused same piston ring
    Inserted new driver in cylinder
    Cleaned though out and oiled
    Reassembled

    Pulled the top of pinner off. 4 allen bolts. Removed the existing driver. Took off the rubber oring seal. Installed the oring on the new driver. Carefully pushed it back in the head of the pinner. Installed the 4 allen bolts and tested it for leaks.

    1, Remove the four bolts that hold the top of the Nailer, and the top should come of easily
    2,Then you can use the new piston driver to push the old one out, threw the tip were the nails come out
    3,Then put the new one in and make sure you swap ring of the old piston and put it on the new one.

    Remove the broken piston/driver
    Place the o-ring on the new piston driver
    Install the new piston/driver in the cylinder
    Replace the top cover

    Remove the top of the gun, then removed the bent driver. Remove the o-ring from the old piston and put it in the new one. Then inserted the new driver in the cylinder. Replaced the cap. Done,
