Description:
This is an genuine NordicTrack replacement part. Part is sold individually. The pedal arm sleeve slides over the crank arm, allowing the pedal arm to attach to it, which provides movement. The pedal arm sleeve can be removed by unlatching the pedal arm, then removing the patch screw that holds it in place. An Allen wrench is needed for installation.

Edge of the pedal arm sleeve was cracked and needed to replace
1. Remove end cap on rotor by removing center allen bolt with allen wrench.
2. Pull cracked sleeve off of rotor.
3. Carefully push the internal sealed bearing out of old sleeve with a large flat head screwdriver.
4. Install bearing in new sleeve manually with care to slide it in straight so that it didn't bind.
5. Push new sleeve and bearing back on rotor.
6. Replace end cap and allen bolt.
7. All done.

broken arm sleave
1. Removed the outer shield using Allen wrench
2. Removed the pedal arm sleeve
3. Only problem is getting the ball bearing wheel out of old sleeve, had to use hammer to knock out, and then replace in new sleeve
4. Put new sleeve on

Broken pedal sleeve
Remove the allen screw
Remove the pedal
Remove the bearing
Replaced the bearing into the new pedal sleeve
Installed the new pedal sleeve with the screw

Unscrewed the bolt on the pedal drive
Pulled off sleeve with bearing
Knocked bearing out of damaged sleeve
Reinsert bearings into new sleeve
Put pedal drive back on screw in bolt

Peddle arm sleeve had cracked
1. Removed peddle arm
2. Used allen wrench to remove allen bolt from peddle sleeve
3. Removed worn peddle sleeve
4. Removed bearings from worn peddle sleeve and inserted into new peddle sleeve
5. Slid new peddle sleeve on elliptical
6. Tightened allen bolt
7. Placed peddle arm back in position

Worn out Pedal Arm Sleeve needed replaced
Unscrew keeper bolt, remove Pedal Arm Sleeve, install new Pedal Arm Sleeve, install keeper bolt, repeat. no skill needed.

Pedal arm sleeve broke on both arms. Replaced bushing as a precaution.
1. Remove Allen screw and cap that covers bushing and sleeve.
2. Slide bushing and sleeve off shaft.
3. Install bushing and then sleeve.
4. Reattach cap and Allen screw.

Pedal arm sleeve rim fractured, broke away, and allowed the arm to wear into the cap.
1. Removed screw holding cap.
2. Removed sleeve.
3. Tapped bearings our of old sleeve.
4. Inserted bearings into new sleeve.
5. Put sleeve back on shaft.
6 Installed new cap.

Key point to note: Ordered parts on line on July 4. Order was filled that day and shipped the next day. Received parts several days later. Got status emails every step of the process. Couldn't have been better!
