Sickle blade struck an object and bent the 1/2\" X 1\" gear shaft
Completely dismantled trimmer to replace gear box then reassembled using all the parts ordered. I had to be careful reassembling the blades as the two gears had to be installed 180 degrees so blades would oscillate as designed otherwise the gear shaft could be bent again when starting engine.

Rope broke and nut was loose on pull start caused it bust it all
Took off the carburetor and disassembled it completely. Cleaned the bare metal body with carb cleaner and blew it dry with compressed air. Rebuilt it with the gasket and reed kit, reinstalled it and then put on the new fuel tank, fuel filter, air filter, tank grommet and new fuel and vent lines. Fuel system components brittle and broke. Needed carb rebuilt, but complete new carb was cheaper than the kit.
