Using a hex wrench I removed the top air flow vent and the top cover allowing me to access the interior of the pin gun. I could see that the inner seal was broken. I looked at the diagram from ereplacement.com and determined what part it was I needed.
Just to be sure.... I called their support service and talked with a rep who confi rmed the part that I should order. I also purchased an spare and an o ring that may need to be replaced in the future. They mailed the parts to me... about a week. I did a through cleaning of all parts as I reassembled to be sure of no small broken fragments that may affect my repair. Slid the seal back onto the retainer... no need to remove any other parts.
Everything went well and I now am back in business.
It was nice to have the support number to call to confirm parts!

I decided to clean out and replace the seals in the gun. Cleaned all the internal moving parts , replaced all the o-rings and the valve assembly, put it all back together and It works fine now.
Lay out all the new parts and as you remove the one old one replace it with the new one.
